FLAT RATE

$150 per night for x1-2 guests + additional $50 per person, maximum x6 guests

PUBLIC HOLIDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAY WEEKENDS

$250per night for x1-2 guests + additional $75 per person, maximum 6 guests

$500 Security Bond due prior to or upon arrival

*additional $150 cleaning fee applies to all bookings
