The Cottage
Little River Cottage is a fully equipped, three bedroom guesthouse and your next home-away-from-home, where you can get back to nature - relax, unwind and refresh.
The Cottage is small and cosy and has been furnished and decorated to make you feel right at home.
The Murray River View Room boasts spectacular river views, built in robe, mirror, local artworks and comfy queen bed with fresh linens
The Avocado Vista Room looks out onto the avocado orchard and has a queen bed, fresh linens, antique mirrors, tallboy and local artworks
The Garden View Room has a single bed and trundle set with fresh linens, minimal storage and local artworks
The Cottage Kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick and easy meal or create a more elaborate dish for the enthusiastic cook. With electric stove, microwave, oven, utensils, cutlery and crockery, tea pot, coffee perculator, kettle, pots and pans - your kitchen needs are covered!
The Cottage Lounge is equipped with a TV, books, games box with board games, guitar, sofa and local artworks.
The Cottage Bathroom has heating, toilet and shower recess, pedestal sink, mirrors and storage for guest toiletries
The Cottage Laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, pantry and linen press with fresh towels and linen. Cleaning products are also provided.
The Cottage Verandah has a long table with bench seats, outdoor BBQ, sunbed, fairy lights, chimenea and woodstack all to help guests settle in and take in the magnificent Murray River view

The Property
Little River Cottage sits on the Victorian side of the mighty Murray River. A short 10km drive takes you to Robinvale, the closest township where you can stock up on your food supplies
A recently planted avocado orchard sits behind the Cottage, and in front is the spectacular Murray River with many bush tracks waiting for guests to explore
