Lemon House is a fully self-contained, modern three bedroom townhouse complete with all the comforts of home. There's plenty of room for guests to relax, be it for a weekend or extended stay - Lemon House serves as the perfect base to discover the hidden gems of Mildura and greater surrounds.

The undercover patio area features a pool table in an intimate backyard setting with a two port garage on the rear of the property. There are two spacious lounge rooms with TV's in each, a study nook, a fully equipped kitchen and three large bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite, tasteful artworks adorn the walls and the bookshelf has a great range of reading materials to choose from.

This comfortable abode is equipped with modern appliances for ultimate guest convenience - including a washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and reverse cycle air conditioning. The study features an ornate leather bound desk and chair and provides a quiet area for those with working needs.

Lemon House is professionally cleaned and serviced between each booking with high quality linens and towels.

Mildura is the quintessential base to explore the Mighty Murray River region and gorgeous bush surrounds. With an average annual temperature of 27 degrees, you're more than well equipped to discover the hidden gems of the Mallee and beyond!

Nestled on the edge of town you'll have everything you need within walking distance. A short 10min stroll away is Mildura City Heart, where you can browse the many retail outlets or dine out at the popular 'Feast St' - Mildura's restaurant precinct. Another 10min walk from Lemon House will take you to Mildura's Riverfront area - with gorgeous views upstream and downstream of the Mighty Murray River. Cafes and restaurants are dotted along the riverfront as well as Mildura's Riverfront Art Gallery and Farmers Markets that are held fortnightly where you can stock up on delicious local produce. For the movie buffs, Deakin Cinema Complex is a block away on Deakin Ave, and for those wanting to visit the gym or swim a few laps, Mildura Waves Aquatic Leisure Centre is a few blocks away on Deakin Ave.
